On Monday being the 25th of May 22, 2009, marks the end of circles, known as Okada drivers by the people of the state. It is with great passion am passing this message, having known that okada transport service will seize to exist in Enugu state. A state where peace and harmony is gradually prevailing, with understanding of situational norms from the citizenry to government agencies. A state where irrationalities flowing a river of poverty among the city. People are engaged with mania jobs to survive; such as commercial motor circling to earn a living: a fatal neglect should be far from them. They have responsibilities to shield. Among these so call local business, stimulates the involvement of university graduate who is unemployed and those still schooling to meet up the pursuance of their career. Come to think of if; motor circle commercial business help in modernizing urgency of a situation where time factor is present. Some times our decisions are not always proportional to balance the both ends of the bracket. But with a little patience and critical examining of the innovation’ it can still be sought either ways. Consequently adding smiles to promote good governance office but in the higher and lower people, in confirmation of governing. Let their voice be heard too and be acted on if we must welcome and promote development in Enugu state
We can not stand the cold heart among the okada riders and its functions, we are pleading to give us a little time to normalize the situation.
